I have had my own journey with connecting with my little guy while he was in the womb. What an honor it is to be a mommy and welcome a child into this world. Pregnancy brain got the best of me as well as many nauseous days and exhausted evenings. However, I knew I wanted to create a bond and begin to share my days with my baby and 'listen' to what he had to say or share in return. My experience was beautiful, incredible and such a blessing. I wish to bring that connection and the tools I used to you.

WELCOME

- Why it's so important to establish this bond and connection during the pregnancy

- We'll talk about & I'll guide you through breathing techniques & different choices you can make during your connection time

- Discuss and dive into different tools & techniques to enhance your connection moments

- Ask For What You Want: Learn how to set clear intentions and come out of your connection time with messages

- Receiving Messages: Taking your bonding  to the next level, opening your senses to all possibilities

- Journal prompts & exercises to increase awareness and elevate your connection

How it Works:

 

This 4 week course is held completely online!

 

When you sign up, you will gain access to the course and class materials.

There will be a DESIGNATED CLASS TIME each week where you can get on the LIVE group video calls, where I will guide you and the lessons will be shared, as well as interactive time for you to ask questions and be involved in the conversations.

 

Each week will you'll receive a combination of videos, exercises, lessons and guided support. (All the LIVE classes will be recorded if you aren't able to be on LIVE.)

 

You will have access to a private Facebook group specifically designed to share your experiences and get your questions answered.
